Founded in 2009, Integra Testing Services – Hawaii (fka Pacific Test and Balance), provides Total Building Commissioning (Cx), Building Envelope Testing and Commissioning, Thermography Testing, and Testing, Adjusting and Balancing (TAB) for the military and public and private works. Our company and technicians are certified by the Associated Air Balance Council Commissioning Group (ACG) and Associated Air Balance Council (AABC).
