OBTAINING PROJECT INSURANCE IN HAWAII-AFTER THE FIRES
Join us for a panel discussion on Obtaining Project Insurance in Hawaii- After the Fires.
This presentation will be lead by speakers– Karen Hong, Atlas Insurance A&E Coverage, Dylan Nakano, VP New Project Underwriting, and Elaine Panlilio, Existing Condo Project Underwriting.
Moderating this discussion is Phil Camp, AIA, hi.arch.y llp.
This panel session aims to help attendees understand where the state of project insurance in Hawaii is currently…and what we can expect the new project and condo insurance landscape to look like in the foreseeable future with older building codes and re-occurring natural disasters.
By attending this panel series, attendees hope to glean insight into what the insurance market will have in store and how our local AIA Honolulu members can help their Client partners design and deliver projects that will be insured, and ideally delivered in a way that can reduce premiums…thus reducing project costs not only on day one…but over the life cycle of the project.
